the room was smart and the bed was comfy.

i was disappointed that housekeeping didn't come until 4pm one day. they also failed to remove trash or replenish supplies. it was not excellent at all. breakfast took 30 minutes and came thoroughly charred and burnt. i sent it back but it took a long time to get a replacement.

Check-in was slow. I had to wait longer than expected. The room service was delayed one day. It came after 1 PM. The gym, though well-equipped, felt crowded during peak hours.
